There are 4 products in our Plantation shutters range.

1. Craftwood

This is an engineered wood. Totally maintenance free it is available in three shades of white, Silk white, Pearl and Alabaster. The louvre sizes are 47mm, 64mm and 89mm. The Craftwood plantation shutter range is very popular due to it's excellent value for money. Craftwood is suitable for all areas including kitchens and bathrooms. Please note the Craftwood is a slightly heavier product than the Poplar and Basswood and is not recommended for window openings larger than 2000mm or 2 metre's.

 
2. Pearlwood
The Poplar plantation Shutter range is made in Poplar (sometimes known as Tulipwood) with an engineered core. A wood shutter available in a painted finish with louvre sizes of 47mm, 64mm and 89mm. Solid panel options and special shapes are also available in this range. Our most popular shutter range the Poplar is both affordable as it is beautiful. The colours in this range are Pure white, Silk white, Pearl, Alabaster and also custom colours from the Dulux paint range. The Poplar is extremely durable, high quality and suitable for all areas of your home or commercial premises.




3. Basswood

The Basswood plantation shutter Range is crafted in solid basswood. Basswood is generally acknowledged to be the best timber for internal window dressing products and produces the most fabulous grain. The Basswood shutter range has the most options available with four shades of white, thirteen wood stains, two oiled wood options and the original natural look. All available with louvre sizes of 32mm, 47mm, 64mm and 89mm together with solid panel and special shape options.

4. Permawood
Permawood is made from ABS Plastic and has been developed for areas of high humidity such as kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms, swimming pools, changing rooms etc. These shutters are also suited to exterior use like garden rooms and sheds. You can allow the Permawood shutters to get wet without the worry of warping and distortion that would occur if you allowed wooden shutters to get wet. Permawood has the same distinct styling as the rest of our Plantation shutters with 4 standard shades of white and choice of tilt rod location, offset, center or hidden. There are 4 louvre sizes to choose from 47mm, 63mm, 89mm, and 114mm.
